Are you pregnant or trying to conceive? Did you know you can set your baby up for success by introducing them to nutrient-dense foods during pregnancy? Research suggests that proper prenatal nutrition can improve birth outcomes and help prevent diabetes, allergies and other chronic diseases later in life! Registered Dietitian Cathey Stoner is passionate about empowering you to nourish yourself and your growing baby. She will answer all of your food-related questions such as: 

“How do I stay nourished why managing fatigue and morning sickness?”

 “What should I look for in a prenatal vitamin?”

“Can I prevent colic and food allergies in my baby?”

“How do I prepare my body for the postpartum period?”

In this class, Cathey uses modern research to teach you what foods you should consume, what foods you should avoid, how you can navigate common pregnancy complaints and more. Workshop cost includes education, meal suggestions, meal planning tools, and nutrition resources.

Once I receive your payment through the Paypal link, I will send you a link to download the video from Dropbox.

No, the webinar is pre-recorded but covers lots of common questions about Baby Led Weaning. If you have questions that aren’t covered in the webinar, feel free to reach to cathey@babyandmenutrition.com and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
